  This lesson will be related to the practice of market economy and social life, grasp undergraduates’ complicated and confusing psychological phenomenon, find the causes to psychological diseases, and teach the students to adjust themselves properly.

  Aimed at the students’ psychology actuality, the course will completely and introduces the basic knowledge of undergraduate students’ psychology, it involves: life affair, cognitive psychology, emotional obsession, personality character, study psychology, sociality psychology, amative psychology, psychological consultation, and psychological norms, etc.

  Contemporary western scientific philosophy is the philosophic reflection on science development of contemporary western scientist and philosopher. It is the epistemology and methodology about natural science. It includes what is science; demarcation of science between non-sciences; patterns of science development; logic of science discovery; appraisement and selection of science. The contents are lively and abundant.

  The contents include: methods of selecting a subject for scientific research; observe experiment and opportunity; scientific abstraction and idealization method; logic method; non-logic method; method of advancing hypothesis and establishing theories; black box method; function simulation method; information method; system method.

  Content
  The course—Theories on Marketing—is composed of the following parts: introduction on marketing, environments for marketing, market purchasing behavior analysis, the concept and strategies of products, price strategies, distribution strategies, promotion strategies and marketing management.  Through the lectures on the above topics, the students are supposed to master the basic theories of marketing.  The knowledge of marketing will also enable them to analyze the real market by the systematic analysis tools, to make objective projections and to design appropriate marketing policies.  The knowledge and skills will equip them with the power to help their companies succeed in times of fierce competition.
